My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and had a corner balcony which was a nice touch. The bar menu being similar to the cafe was convenient, but the understaffing was noticeable during busy times. The amenities were up to par for the price paid, although my room in the Original Building was not as great as expected.

I was impressed with my room in the Original Building. The soft pillows, functioning A/C and shower, as well as having a mini fridge and microwave, made my stay comfortable.

The service was top-notch during my stay. The staff, from the front desk to the foodservice, were friendly and helpful. The prompt and polite pickup service last night was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was great, right next to the convention center. However, it was not exactly as depicted in the photos, and the lack of bathrooms or changing rooms near the pool was a drawback.

The dining experience was fantastic, thanks to the excellent service provided by Rosaria. The variety of fruits and coffee were delightful, and the food prepared by the executive chef and the team was absolutely delicious.

The facilities met my expectations. Although the leadership team seemed indifferent, the convenient proximity to the convention center with connecting pathways was a positive aspect.

I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. The location was convenient for my early flight from ONT, and I enjoyed the diverse food options nearby. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced, and the facilities could have been better.
